This privacy policy explains how information submitted through walterriopedre.com is handled. This site is operated by Golden Road Group LLC (“we,” “I,” or “the practice”), a consulting practice based in Tampa, Florida.

This information is submitted via Formspree and delivered to my business email address. It is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential consulting engagement.

How Your Information Is Used

Information you submit is used only to:

  • Respond to your consulting inquiry
  • Follow up on a project discussion you initiated
  • Send information you specifically requested

Your contact information is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Confidentiality

All inquiries are treated as confidential. I am available for NDA-covered engagements. If your inquiry is sensitive, you are welcome to request a mutual NDA before sharing any proprietary or confidential information.

Analytics

This site uses Azure Application Insights to collect limited usage analytics, including page views, session duration, browser or device information, and general geographic region. The site configures Application Insights not to store or read analytics cookies. Microsoft may temporarily process an IP address to determine an approximate geographic region, but the address is not stored in the analytics record. No advertising tracking is used.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Earlier versions of the site used Application Insights session and visitor cookies; the current site removes those legacy cookies when encountered.

Subprocessors

This site uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Formspree (formspree.io) — contact form submission and delivery
  • Azure Application Insights (Microsoft) — anonymous site analytics

No other third-party services receive your submitted data.

Data Location

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and stored in the United States. Analytics data is processed by Microsoft Azure, also in the United States.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in email for up to 24 months for business correspondence purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing walter@walterriopedre.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to information I hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent for future communications at any time
